Great taste & easy to install
This is the second refill and it’s super easy to swap out, takes just a few minutes then all set for the next year. Appreciated the email about how to reset the buzzer although it would be helpful if that info plus what to do with the old one we’re actually in the box!
We love the finish product. The water taste distinctly sweeter and the clarity is noticeable. However it was not as simple to install as they make out on the website. It needed to be fitted by a professional, it was not as simple as plug and play as it implies however we are pleased that we were able to connect it to our Quooker tap as well as fridge for ice and cold water.
These filters really work and make our dusgusting water taste normal!

We've had the Water2 filter for 2 years now and just replaced the filter in less than 12 months due to restricted flow which suggests that it's done its job and that our water supply is very much less than perfect. Clearly a good water filter is a part of day to day life now. I shall continue to use Water 2 and recommend it over filter jugs and the like.
Ive been using Zero water filters for a long time, I was reluctant to buy filter 2, but the price of zero filters were getting stupid, I'm absolutely over the moon with it, ive ditched the jug, I can't believe how much easier its made my life, by just filling the kettle up, rather than the jug, then the kettle, or when I filtered it in the jug to be transferred into another jug, to cool in the fridge, its fantastic just to use straight from the tap, I can't stand tap water straight from the tap, I love filtered water i definitely can taste the difference some of my family think you cant, but you definitely can, I'm also on my health journey, so I'm careful what I put in my body, that includes water. I timed my hubby to install it, it took longer to clean the cupboard out than to install it. I highly recommend.

Once fitter last year these replacement filters are so easy to swap over. Took less than 5 minutes and that’s with clearing the cupboard. Easy job, easy instructions to follow.

I’ve lived in London for years and have always used bottled water for drinking as the water was always cloudy and tasted terrible. Since installing this, I’ve never had so much tap water in my life. My husband installed this quite easily, he just had to use some plumbers tape on the connection to the mains. Changed it in under two minutes for another year of better tasting water
Ordered the replacement cartridge from Water2 and found that it was slightly bigger than the previous one and the outer casing would not fit. . Contacted customer service who kindly sent me the new outer casing which would fit the new one for free. Kudos to the team.
I connected it to my fridge water dispenser which was quite tricky as the connection for freezer she is 3/4 inch! In the end I found a solution and it’s working great. Thanks
