Unbox your Water2 filter. The contents are your Pod 2.0, smart buzzer and two flexible hoses.

Identify cold water pipe

Identify cold water pipe

Identify which pipe is your cold pipe. A trick we use is to run the tap and feel which pipe has hot water running through it (your cold pipe is the other one!).

Turn off water mains or stopcock

Turn off water mains or stopcock

Go to your mains water or stopcock and ensure the water is turned off. This is usually found in your utility room or cupboard.

Undo cold water pipe

Undo the cold water pipe which you had previously identified as the cold pipe, using a spanner. Don't worry if some excess water dribbles out.

Connect Flexis

Attach the flexis to the inlet and the outlet (order doesn't matter)

Activate smart buzzer

Activate smart buzzer

Activate the smart buzzer by inserting the battery and holding down the button for 3 seconds until you see a blue flash. The smart buzzer can attach on either the inlet or the outlet flexi.

Plug the flexi into the Pod. Make sure that the water goes from ‘in’ to ‘out’ as marked on the Pod head.

You can remove the hoses by applying pressure to the blue circle around the flexi while simultaneously pulling the hose out.

The valve should be installed on the compression/isolation fitting before the filter (with water flowing in the direction of the arrow). We recommend fitting it. The valve prevents any backflow, maintaining optimal water quality and system performance.

The IN flexi should be installed to your isolation valve, and the OUT flexi should lead towards your tap.

Yes, this will prevent leaks!

Our newer models now have the buzzers located in the head of the filters! Press and hold it until it beeps to activate the 1-year countdown timer.

To activate the buzzer, press and hold the button on the buzzer for up to 3 seconds.

Yes, make sure the filter is installed in the correct sequence and orientation. The water should flow through the Pod 2.0 and then through the Fluoride Filter. Ensure that the arrows on the inlet and outlet align with the direction of the water flow.
