Over multiple third party tests, we found a reduction of up to 98.4% of Inorganic Fluoride, with at least a 90% reduction even after many thousands of litres running through.

This product’s advertised fluoride reduction of 98.4% applies to the initial test point (0L usage), using an inorganic fluoride concentration of 6.5–6.7 mg/L under controlled laboratory conditions. Internal testing shows that reduction efficiency may decrease over product lifetime. Actual performance will vary based on factors such as water quality, flow rate, and individual usage conditions.

Can I use the Fluoride Filter on its own?No, the Fluoride Filter won't work this way.

Water2's Fluoride Filter was designed an Add-On to supplement the main Pod 2.0's qualities of chlorine and microplastic reduction, and its sole use will not provide balanced water. It will also not fit onto UK taps on its own.

The Fluoride Filter does not work nearly as well in conjunction with the 1.0 Filter, and therefore we cannot guarantee effective Fluoride reduction.

The blue filter (The Pod 2.0) is the core filter. It reduces up to 95.28% of chlorine, 84.4% of THMs and over 99% of microplastics, not to mention many other contaminants.

Some people choose to add the red filter (Fluoride Filter Add-On) for even more powerful filtration. It’s independently tested to reduce up to 98.4% of fluoride and over 99.9% of lead.

Fluoride is sometimes added to local water supplies, but whether you want it in your drinking water is a personal choice, and our belief is simple: your water, your choice.

Opting for the bundle (blue + red) gives you a more comprehensive filtration setup, but it’s completely up to you.
