We have used the Water 2 filter at home for over a year and it has radically changed our water. I was not able to drink water directly from the tap as the taste was AWFUL and was full of limescale. I am now able to drink a glass of water straight from the tap with no squash to mask the taste. The water also looks so clear and clean. It has totally been a game changer. The only down side is it has changed the water pressure coming out of the tap. But it does warn you in small print that it may do that. So be aware. But that's a minor flaw which the benefits far outweigh that. Make the change as the state of our water is shocking in the UK. Enjoy drinking water with this filter.

This was my first time replacing the refill cartridges since getting my Water2 starter kits last year, and honestly… easy peasy! I was dreading it 😂 I was fully prepared for water to come pouring out everywhere as soon as I removed the old cartridges. In reality, I needed one microfibre cloth, wiped up a couple of tiny drips and that was it. New cartridges in, done and dusted! Really simple process and nowhere near as messy as I expected. 👌

The water filter system definitely makes the water taste lovely. It removes the metallic taste and helps with the water hardness too. I haven't fitted the replacement capsules yet, as the initial ones are still working well after a year. When I fit the new capsule, I'll make an update. Thank you.

My only concern was that the new style cartridge didn’t fit my existing outer canister. I had to email to check that everything was okay whereupon I was told ‘yes’ we have changed the cartridge design and you can have a new protective cover FOC. On the plus side the improved flow rate is very much appreciated and the installation now seems to imped flow much less than the original cartridge 2 design. Still a fantastic product and wouldn’t be without it. Ordinary tap water just tastes awful.
