I'm not plumber but I do own 2 adjustable spanners! Took less than 10 minutes to install, plus it comes with a self adhesive clip to hold both canisters. It takes up very little space and with the built in alarm to let me know when the filter needs changing, I dont have to worry about a thing! After a friend did an independent water test, the result came back "virtually undrinkable!" We now have beautiful, clear, odourless fresh tasting water. No more froth on top of my lemon squash, no more scum on my tea. Just perfect!
Installation was nice and easy, Only complaint the water pressure seems to of dropped when running from the tap now.

Delivery failed but a new one was sent out reasonably quickly. Installation was easy enough but the instructional videos could be improved. Have to say the taste of the water is great! Feels good to have it set up in the home.

I love this shower head, it makes such a difference to my hair and skin. It's still a bit stiff to open and change the filters but I managed with pliers. Hopefully it will be better next time.
