Absolutely love the filter! We did a before and after taste test and it’s clearly filtered out the chlorine, and I love that it filters microplastics, too. I found that the instructions could have been clearer for installing it, but got there eventually!

I love this water filter I know drink from my tap and the water tastes well better. I also notice the difference in the kettle since I started using the filter happy customer so far.
It really does what it says, the water taste has improved and my kettle doesn't need to be descaled every couple of months. Also, the replacement of the capsule is a relatively easy procedure. Excellent piece of kit, I wouldn't be without it and would recommend it to anyone.

So easy to fit and wish we’d have done it years ago. Not drank from the tap for over eight years as we don’t trust the water. We’ve done a blindfold taste test and couldn’t tell the difference from bottled water. Still feels a bit strange using the tap to get our drinking water but getting used to it and it’s saving us a small fortune! Thanks so much X

Water taste is so much better, but... Need a better installation video. Most smaller homes have dish washer etc under the sink. Currently mine also feeds the dish washer, changing that in a few days. Other than that really glad we bought the water2.

Easyish to install but partner had to screw some fittings to lift the filters into the under kitchen cabinet to allow the drawer to close. Something to support with this in kit would have been useful. Great filter device - water is delish and we are grateful to now not have to fill up a filter jug.

only issue was the non return value, as I was not able to fit it due to the length of the thread on the internal side was too long, so i could not make a water tight seal with the isolating valve

The last replacement I put in I had bought a year in advance as a double pack, it lasted about 6 months before starting to taste off- like there was dirt/mould somewhere inside. As soon as I replaced the filter the water has been perfect and pure. So I'm disappointed with the last one but really happy with this one!
We change ours after about ten months rather than 12. The water pressure was so low at the end of the other one’s life it was obvious we had to change it. They must have updated the design as the water pressure is much stronger with this version than the last - just like normal. Anyway, it tastes great and makes me feel happier to know I am drinking good water.

My second year of using Water2. The first having the second red filter. Living in a hard water area, my water is even clearer now of timescale etc. As you can see thenspace, under the sink, isn’t vast: but still fits. Super easy to install.
