Simple to install, excellent water quality.
Been debating for a long time and finally took the plunge. Went for the additional fluoride filter too. Wow, how can I explain the difference!! Water no longer tastes of anything, just how I think it should be. Much better. Water beside my bed no longer tastes of chemicals in the morning. A pleasure to drink. Can only hope it's better for my health, shame there will never be a way to be sure. All I can say is I'm happy to hope it is.

My new filter didn’t fit the old casing. Rang the company who gave me a code for a free replacement casing. Casing arrived fitted easily.

New system arrived to replace the original filter I had fitted. It was easy to set up, the hoses were long enough that I could sit the filter on the base in the corner of the under sink unit. Great tasting water with minimum effort, very happy with it.

Arrived quickly and fitted quickly as well. I already notice the difference in the taste of my tea, especially as I use loose leaf tea.
Easy to swap over took less than a minute water off unscrew and screw the new one in water back on. Just remember a bucket underneath as you unscrew the old one!!

Great filter
The water in our area is hard and is not enjoyable to drink. With the filters the water is much better and has a smooth taste.
I had to buy two 10mm male to 8mm female push fit connectors as we had an existing filter by Britta but this is so much better and easier to change. The filters seem to have been updated as they are different to those shown in the instructions or videos.
