The water filter system definitely makes the water taste lovely. It removes the metallic taste and helps with the water hardness too. I haven't fitted the replacement capsules yet, as the initial ones are still working well after a year. When I fit the new capsule, I'll make an update. Thank you.
My only concern was that the new style cartridge didn’t fit my existing outer canister. I had to email to check that everything was okay whereupon I was told ‘yes’ we have changed the cartridge design and you can have a new protective cover FOC. On the plus side the improved flow rate is very much appreciated and the installation now seems to imped flow much less than the original cartridge 2 design. Still a fantastic product and wouldn’t be without it. Ordinary tap water just tastes awful.

Very simple system to install, just basic plumbing required. The change in the taste of my tap water is almost unbelievable. The unfiltered water tastes bitter by comparison and I can’t imagine ever doing without this filter again. 100% recommendation from me

Does the job, filters chemicals (not fluoride, theres a separate filter for that) its easy to fit nd replace. One thing that annoys me is that replacement is timed at one year rather than when it actually needs changed. Which means they think a filter in Scotland would last the same time as a filter in London which is ridiculous when you compare the tap water quality. There is no fluoride added to water in Scotland either.

It’s a good filtering system for the price paid. Most of the day our water is fine to use now but at nighttime sat from about 11pm occasionally the chlorine taste and smell exist. ( unfortunately our mains water comes from Carmoney water works near Derry in N Ireland. It gets supply from the river Faughan near to an illegal waste dump with thousands of tons of problem waste illegally buried. I guess the water plant adds chlorine in the evening time and it often needs a lot.

Very easy to install in my new home (well… it was once I un seize the stop cock!!). Great tasting water… my daughter came home from uni and said how she’s missed filtered water and that she’d filled her flask for the day… my kids have been spoiled with a life of RO filters (with minerals added back in … I mean… ).
