I'm not plumber but I do own 2 adjustable spanners! Took less than 10 minutes to install, plus it comes with a self adhesive clip to hold both canisters. It takes up very little space and with the built in alarm to let me know when the filter needs changing, I dont have to worry about a thing! After a friend did an independent water test, the result came back "virtually undrinkable!" We now have beautiful, clear, odourless fresh tasting water. No more froth on top of my lemon squash, no more scum on my tea. Just perfect!
Delivery failed but a new one was sent out reasonably quickly. Installation was easy enough but the instructional videos could be improved. Have to say the taste of the water is great! Feels good to have it set up in the home.

I love my Water2 filter, and think the company are great too. When I recently ordered a replacement filter, I found it looked different to my old one, so it fit but the outer casing then wouldn't go on. I messaged the customer services team who were INCREDIBLY quick to respond to me (within about a minute) and let me know the new filter was an upgrade, still compatible with the old system and it was just the outer shell I needed to update. They sent a link so I could order the new outer casing there and then, and this also arrived super quickly. Goes without saying that my water also tastes SO much better and I like to know that a large proportion of the nasties have been filtered out of it.
At the age of 78 it’s not very easy to do things around the house especially when I have to get on the floor. But took about two minutes turn off tap reconnect new one turn on tap. Job sorted.
