Fairly easy install, glad to get the new quick fit connectors rather than threaded connectors on last Water 2. Hoping they’ll be a good, more sustainable offer on the cartridges only for the Water2 system when I have to replace them next year. Thanks.

It arrived much later than expected but was worth the wait. It was pretty easy to fit and the taste of the water improved over the days. It initially turned the tea black but this faded over a few days. The unit was beeping occasionally in the parcel according to our neighbour who took it in - he wondered what we had bought! It still beeps occasionally, not sure why! How do we know when to change the cartridge?
