Microplastics are being found in human blood. Water2 is combatting microplastics by eliminating 99.99% of them from your tap water.
So, how does it work?
- Your tap water flows in via the push-fit inlet.
- This water flows down towards the bottom of the Pod 2.0, where the pressure forces the water through stage one: our high-grade activated carbon membrane.
- Next, the water is met with our industry-leading ultrafiltration module. The pores are extremely small (0.1 microns) which eliminates 99.999% of microplastics.
- The ultra-filtered water is now pushed to the top of the Pod 2.0, allowing it to reconnect to the cold inlet and flow through your tap.
