Frequently Asked Questions.

What if I’m pretty clueless at DIY stuff?

Please feel free to reach out to them and they'll be sure to help out!

How quickly can I be drinking Water2?

Our tracked 48-hour delivery (which is free), will have you drinking Water2 filtered water within 10 minutes of receiving your order. That's all it takes to setup (even if you have no plumbing skills).

What if I don’t absolutely love it?

We have a 100-day love it or leave it guarantee on all orders.

What's the difference between the blue and red filter?

The blue filter (The Pod 2.0) is the core filter. It reduces up to 95.28% of chlorine, 84.4% of THMs and over 99% of microplastics, not to mention many other contaminants. Some people choose to add the red filter (Fluoride Filter Add-On) for even more powerful filtration. It’s independently tested to reduce up to 98.4% of fluoride and over 99.9% of lead. Fluoride is sometimes added to local water supplies, but whether you want it in your drinking water is a personal choice, and our belief is simple: your water, your choice. Opting for the bundle (blue + red) gives you a more comprehensive filtration setup, but it’s completely up to you.
