How exactly?

Before we ever sold a product, we produced a 50 page whitepaper explaining our mission, technology and process to the world. It's free for anyone to read. We thank Professor Luiza Campos and her world-class team at UCL for their support.

What is Pod?

Pod is proprietary activated carbon-block ultrafiltration infused with silver ionisation which removes toxins, chemicals and pollutants, whilst preventing the growth of bacteria.

It's made in Italy from Solar Energy, tested at University College London, and has WRAS certification.

How does Pod work?

Upon installation, your tap water flows in via the metal inlet, down into the bottom of the Pod, at which point the pressure forces the water through our semi-permeable membrane. The pores are so small that only the purest water makes it way through, which is then pushed to the top of the device, allowing it to reconnect to your cold inlet and flow through to your tap. Don't worry - the pores themselves are infused with silver, an anti-bacterial agent, to ensure they stay clean and don't recontaminate your water.

In your Tap Water, there's Good and Bad...

With Pod, you drink balanced, safe and mineralised water

Reverse Osmosis, and products reducing TDS to Zero, strips your water of the healthy minerals you need to maintain a balanced diet. Whereas Filter Jugs are hardly better than tap water. Pod strikes the balance between the two.

For example, 5% of Bladder Cancer cases are caused by tap water

A 2021 research paper by scientists in the European Union unveiled that over 6,500 bladder cancer cases in the UK can be linked to the high levels of trihalomethanes present in tap water, amounting to 20% of total EU cases. Bladder cancer has a mortality rate of over 50%. These hazardous chemicals are produced when chlorine reacts with organic substances in treated water.
